First, I don't know anything about Cody Simpson until .. you know??
Until he joined Greyson Chance's (my cute-handsome-cool-kind inspiration) Tour named Waiting 4U Tour. Oh yes, absolutely I'm Enchancer and I'm so proud to be one of that. Okay, back to the story
Then, I want to know much about Cody. And I found one of his songs, and yes this song.
First I don't feel interest with this song, but over time I heard this song again and again.. I feel I like this song.
And yeah, maybe you can call me a fans of Cody Simpson, but someday maybe I can be angel (name that dedicated for Cody's fans). But, now you can call me fans (:

Happy Valentine's Day!!

"Happy Valentine's Day", that's what I want to say for this day. Maybe for other students like me think it's just another-same Tuesday which I will go to school and listen to all the lessons. But, I think special with this day -not because it's Valentine's Day- because my school, Junior High School 1 Surakarta, gave us(the students) some short break. Maybe it's just one day, but I felt so happy to hear that information. Why my school gave us some short break? Yeah it's because my school is used to NSO (National Science Olympiad).
After we (me and my friends) heard that, we planned to watch movie together in XXI Solo Square and we watched "Journey 2 The Mysterious Island". First think after I heard that, I think it's a horror movie, but my friends convinced me it's an Adventure movie. So we watch that movie this day in 3D movie.
We -Grandis, Kania, Alung, Natasyha and me- finally went to XXI Solo Square. We met many friends in school both seniors or juniors. It likes my school is moved there, because I saw many friends in school. We met my classmates too and I don't know this is intentional or not, we watched the same movie.
The movie is very very very very INCREDIBLE!! I love that movie!!
And I won't forget this day guys!!

Alasan Mengapa Kita Butuh Mimpi Saat Tidur

Orang mengatakan waktu dapat menyembuhkan semua luka, itu ternyata ada benarnya. Riset terbaru dari University of California, Berkeley, mengindikasikan bahwa lamanya waktu bermimpi ketika tidur dapat mengatasi penderitaan yang menyakitkan. Peneliti UC Berkeley menemukan bahwa, selama fase mimpi dalam tidur atau tidur rapid eye movement (REM), yaitu ketika bola mata bergerak cepat saat tidur, zat kimia stres dipadamkan dan otak memproses pengalaman emosional dan mengikis memori yang menyakitkan.
Temuan ini menawarkan penjelasan yang menarik soal mengapa orang yang menderita kelainan stres pasca-kejadian traumatis, seperti veteran perang, menemui kesulitan untuk pulih dari pengalaman yang membuatnya tertekan dan berulang kali dihantui mimpi buruk. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan jawaban mengapa kita bermimpi.
"Tahap mimpi tidur, berdasarkan komposisi neurokimianya yang unik, memberikan semacam terapi sepanjang malam, sejenis balsam menenangkan yang membuang semua hal yang tajam dari pengalaman emosional pada hari sebelumnya," kata Matthew Walker, dosen psikologi dan neuroscience di universitas itu yang terlibat dalam   studi yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal Current Biology.
Bagi penderita stres pasca-kejadian traumatis, terapi malam ini mungkin tidak bekerja secara efektif. "Sehingga ketika kilas balik, misalnya dipicu oleh ban mobil meletus, mereka mengalami kembali seluruh pengalaman mengerikan itu karena emosinya tidak disingkirkan dari memori dengan benar selama tidur," kata Walker.
Hasil studi ini menawarkan berbagai informasi tentang fungsi emosional tidur REM, yang biasanya mencakup 20% dari waktu tidur seorang manusia sehat.
Studi otak sebelumnyamengindikasikan bahwa pola tidur sehat itu tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya pada orang yang menderita kelainan seperti trauma dan depresi.

Kisah St. Valentine

Valentine adalah seorang pendeta yang hidup di Roma pada abad ke-III. Ia hidup di kerajaan yang saat itu dipimpin oleh Kaisar Claudius yang terkenal kejam. Ia sangat membenci kaisar tersebut. Claudius berambisi memiliki pasukan militer yang besar, ia ingin semua pria di kerajaannya bergabung di dalamya.

Namun sayangnya keinginan ini tidak didukung. Para pria enggan terlibat dalam peperangan. Karena mereka tak ingin meninggalkan keluarga dan kekasih hatinya. Hal ini membuat Claudius marah, dia segera memerintahkan pejabatnya untuk melakukan sebuah ide gila.

Claudius berfikir bahwa jika pria tidak menikah, mereka akan senang hati bergabung dengan militer. Lalu Claudius melarang adanya pernikahan. Pasangan muda saat itu menganggap keputusan ini sangat tidak masuk akal. Karenanya St. Valentine menolak untuk melaksanakannya.

St. Valentine tetap melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pendeta, yaitu menikahkan para pasangan yang tengah jatuh cinta meskipun secara rahasia. Aksi ini akhirnya diketahui oleh kaisar yang segera memberinya peringatan, namun ia tidak menggubris dan tetap memberkati pernikahan dalam sebuah kapel kecil yang hanya diterangi cahaya lilin.

Sampai pada suatu malam, ia tertangkap basah memberkati salah satu pasangan. Pasangan tersebut berhasil melarikan diri, namun malang St. Valentine tertangkap. Ia dijebloskan ke dalam penjara dan divonis hukuman mati dengan dipenggal kepalanya. Bukannya dihina oleh orang-orang, St. Valentine malah dikunjungi banyak orang yang mendukung aksinya itu. Mereka melemparkan bunga dan pesan berisi dukungan di jendela penjara dimana dia ditahan.

Salah satu dari orang-orang yang percaya pada cinta kasih itu adalah putri penjaga penjara sendiri. Sang ayah mengijinkan putrinya untuk mengunjungi St. Valentine. Tak jarang mereka berbicara lama sekali. Gadis itu menumbuhkan kembali semangat sang pendeta. Ia setuju bahwa St. Valentine telah melakukan hal yang benar alias benul eh betul.

Pada hari saat ia dipenggal alias dipancung kepalanya, yakni tanggal 14 Februari gak tahu tahun berapa, St. Valentine menyempatkan diri menuliskan sebuah pesan untuk gadis putri sipir penjara tadi, ia menuliskan Dengan Cinta dari Valentinemu.

Pesan itulah yang kemudian mengubah segalanya. Kini setiap tanggal 14 Februari orang di berbagai belahan dunia merayakannya sebagai hari kasih sayang. Orang-orang yang merayakan hari itu mengingat St. Valentine sebagai pejuang cinta, sementara kaisar Claudius dikenang sebagai seseorang yang berusaha mengenyahkan cinta.
